Keith and Annette chose an award winning Better Homes and Garden Plan for their new home. This plan is very open and spacious. Keith and Annette chose many personal details to make their home very unique and a reflection of their tastes. From the antique tub, the large decks and the whitewashed kitchen cabinets. (In addition to other details, Ray is experienced in applying almost any special finish you can dream of)
Many of our clients chose large outdoor decks and porches to enable them to enjoy our beautiful scenery and wildlife here at Flint Ridge.

COLE HUNDLEY AND ANN PENN HOME
Ann and Cole chose a floor plan from our files and then we modified it to suit their needs. They chose warm tones for their tile and cabinets and stained trim throughout the home. They chose to add bookshelves and other personal touches along the way. Altho’ these things add to the initial cost, it is still more cost efficient to add things at the time of construction. They too chose a large deck with an addition of a closed in portion to enjoy the outdoors year round. The decisions and choices they made along the way made this home a very inviting and warm place. It was wonderful to get to know Ann and Cole and work with them on their home. Thanks Ann and Cole!
